Hey there! I love helping women feel at home in their bodies, and so often that starts in the kitchen. As a former celebrity chef and certified health coach, I love guiding people into freedom with food. Whether you’re feeling tired all the time, overwhelmed with what to eat, or chronically inflamed, I’m here to help.
I get it. Years of my life were consumed with being addicted to diets, feeling overwhelmed by what was “good” to eat, and simply feeling exhausted.
